Here’s something else that I received in an email. I didn’t go looking for truth behind this or not and I believe the photo to be true. If a picture is worth a thousand words then my summation of what happened according to the email that I received will make sense.
I know that most everyone will remember what happened at Ft. Hood, Texas when soldiers were attacked, killed, or wounded by one of their own. There was no word about George W. Bush visiting the soldiers or the families of those who fell that day, but he and his wife were there. I personally never really liked him as President and that’s my opinion, but he did earn a modicum of gratitude and respect for his actions that day.
Apparently, after hearing about the shootings, George W. and his wife got in a car and drove to Ft. Hood without an escort (they weren’t fast enough). They were there for six hours visiting the wounded and the families before being asked to leave by the White House.
I don’t know about you or if you even care about what occurred that day, but please share this and pass it along. It’s usually the things that don’t make it in the headlines that mean the most.George W. Bush Ft. Hood,
